Co-Poly boards are acoustic fiberglass boards with a 1/16″ thick perforated co-polymer sheet adhered to the face. Co-Poly boards are used where acoustic absorption is needed in a space with higher impact resistance. Perforations in the co-polymer sheet allow sound waves to penetrate the underlying fiberglass board for acoustic absorption. These boards are to be used within a stretch wall system or fabric wrapped acoustic panels.
Co-Poly boards are a custom item. The perforated co-polymer sheet is a 1/16″ in thickness for overall minimal board thickness deviation. Co-polymer sheets can be added to a variety of fiberglass board thicknesses from 1/2″ to 2″ thickness. Please ask for a quote for availability and thickness options.
Job site cutting is recommended with a plastic cutting circular saw blade.
