Rockfon® Cinema Black™ ceiling tiles are made from stone wool. They are dimensionally stable even at high humidity levels of up to 100% relative humidity and can be installed all temperatures ranging from 32°F to 104°F. Rockfon ceiling tiles can be installed during the very early stages of the build (when windows are not fully sealed) without any risk of deflection of the tiles.

The ceiling tiles are primarily made from abundantly available basalt rock and contain up to 42% recycled materials. The low weight, stability and nonhygroscopic character of Rockfon® tiles will limit the weight of the fully installed ceiling whilst retaining its declared properties even when applied in infrequently heated and unheated rooms without condensation.

Please Note: Rockfon® ceiling tiles are made of water-repellent stone wool. Stone wool has no nutritional value and therefore it provides no sustenance to harmful micro-organisms.
